At Beltone’s Hearing Aids Centers of the Central Valley, the health and safety of our client family is of the utmost importance to us. Health officials have said that older adults are at higher risk for contracting COVID-19, and many of our clients are part of the population most vulnerable to this virus. Beltone has responded to the COVID-19 pandemic by working diligently to take all the necessary steps to ensure our customers, employees, and partners are safe, and that daily operations remain efficient, so we can deliver the support you need. Our Safe & Sound policy demonstrates our commitment to your safety. 

A primary component of the Safe & Sound policy is our strict adherence to health guidelines, including following the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidance for how we should operate to minimize the risk of infections. Additionally, Beltone follows all PPE guidelines, as well as those from the American Academy of Audiology, to deliver the safest care possible. 

Our Safe & Sound policy also includes an enhanced cleaning protocol for Beltone’s offices and equipment, designed to minimize risk of infection to our patients and staff. All rooms, equipment, and shared surfaces are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected with Clorox® products. Our enhanced cleaning protocol includes deep cleaning with Clorox® products of all waiting and examination rooms including carpets, desks, phones, and counter surfaces, as well as cleaning of all counter surfaces and equipment between appointments. We also practice the use of disposable equipment for testing whenever possible, and offer all patients Clorox Disinfecting Wipes and Clorox Hand Sanitizers during every complete visit and check up.
