Your Local Beltone Center is Open, with All the Appropriate Measures to Keep You Safe

Recent months have challenged us all, as the coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic has caused deep disruptions to our daily lives. Beltone has worked diligently through these unprecedented times to continue to deliver our clients with the quality support and service they deserve by providing ways to assist you remotely. As we move into a phased reopening, our Central California Beltone offices are open again, and we are following all advice and guidance of public health officials and putting all appropriate safety measures into effect. At the same time, we continue to provide a wide array of services remotely. The health and well-being of our customers is the cornerstone of our business, and seniors are the core of our customer base; at Beltone, we will take all steps necessary to ensure your health and safety.

Recognizing that older adults are among the most vulnerable, Beltone has paid close attention to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidance for how we should operate to minimize the risk of infections. We are following the CDC’s guidelines, as well as others from the American Academy of Audiology, to deliver the safest care possible. Here are a few ways we are keeping you safe in the office:

✧ Contact-less Check-in:

We have retooled our in-office process to ensure a minimal amount of risk to our patients; all unnecessary contact has been eliminated to reduce the risk of transmission.

✧ Facial Coversings:

For your increased safety, all Beltone employees will wear facial coverings to further reduce any possible risk of transmission.

Cleaning and Sanitation:

Beltone has implemented enhanced cleaning protocols for our offices and equipment to minimize risk of infection to our patients and staff. This includes daily deep cleaning of all waiting and examination rooms including carpets, desks, phones, and counter surfaces, deep cleaning of all counter surfaces and equipment between each patient visit, and the use of disposable equipment for testing whenever possible

Increased Training and Education:

We have re-trained our staff on infection prevention protocols from the CDC, the American Academy of Audiology, and our industry associations, and all unnecessary contact during patient visits is strongly discouraged.

✧ Eliminated Employee Travel:

The Beltone corporation has suspended all travel from store to store by headquarters and field employees to reduce the risk of transmission of disease between locations.

✧ Event Postponement:

All large events, such as Lunch and Learns and Open Houses, have been postponed until further notice to reduce the risk of transmission of disease amongst large groups of people.

If you are ready to come into one of our Central California Beltone offices, we would love to see you! Our hearing care professionals are here for hearing evaluations, device adjustments and repairs, product demonstrations, and more.
